Often considered the crown jewel of St. Croix. Located on Buck Island, this beach has powder-white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and some of the best snorkeling in the Caribbean. Accessible only by boat tour.

2. Cane Bay Beach

The island’s most famous beach for snorkeling and scuba diving, especially the legendary “Cane Bay Wall.” Great mix of beach bars, restaurants, and calm water. Excellent for sunsets too.

3. Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge

A massive stretch of undeveloped white sand that feels wild and untouched. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island, though access is limited during sea turtle nesting season.

4. Rainbow Beach

Popular for calm swimming, beach bars, paddleboarding, and sunsets. A lively social beach with rentals and restaurants nearby.

5. Jack and Isaac Bay Preserve

Remote, rugged, and stunning. Reached via a short hike, these beaches offer solitude, sea turtles, and excellent snorkeling. Ideal if you want a less touristy experience.

6. Carambola Beach

A gorgeous north shore beach backed by green hills. Calm water on good-weather days and a more upscale, relaxed atmosphere.

7. Shoys Beach

A hidden local favorite with softer crowds and clear water. Great for a quieter beach day away from resorts.

8. Mermaid Beach

Beautiful resort beach with calm water, palm trees, and easy swimming. Accessible through The Buccaneer resort area.

9. Pelican Cove Beach

Known for peaceful scenery, snorkeling, and long shoreline walks. Less crowded than Cane Bay.
